Returns & the Mina Guarantee

You’ve got 30 days from delivery. Because we sell water toys, we get it: you have to actually put it in the pool to know. So bring it back even if it’s been wet — just not damaged from misuse.

And if a float loses air, fades, or pops on its own within 30 days, that’s on us: we refund or replace it and cover return shipping.

What Counts as Misuse

We cannot cover damage from sharp surfaces, pets, dragging on concrete, overinflating, leaving items out in storms, using products in a way they were not made for, or normal wear after the 30-day window. If you are unsure, email us. We would rather look at the issue than make you guess.

How to Start a Return

Email support@minaenjoysheat.com with your order number, what happened, and a couple of clear photos if the item is leaking, faded, popped, missing parts, or arrived damaged. We will send the next step within 1 business day.

Refund Timing

Refunds hit your original payment method 5–7 business days after we get the return. Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to post it.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not returnable.
