Ships from the US in 1 business day. Free shipping over $75. We currently ship within the United States, and we email tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Large inflatable items may arrive in compact protective packaging or manufacturer packaging. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, check nearby doors, parcel lockers, mail areas, and neighbors first, then email us and we will help.

You’ve got 30 days from delivery. Because we sell water toys, we get it: you have to actually put it in the pool to know. So bring it back even if it’s been wet — just not damaged from misuse.

And if a float loses air, fades, or pops on its own within 30 days, that’s on us: we refund or replace it and cover return shipping.

Refunds hit your original payment method 5–7 business days after we get it. Gift cards aren’t returnable. Questions? support@minaenjoysheat.com.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, faded, popped, missing parts, or just not what you ordered, email support@minaenjoysheat.com with your order number and photos. We are a small Phoenix team, and we answer within 1 business day.
