This website is operated by Mina Enjoys Heat, an online store based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. By visiting our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Returns policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who Can Order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are allowed to use the payment method submitted at checkout.
What We Sell
Mina Enjoys Heat sells pool floats, splash pads, water blasters, kiddie pools, beach toys, and cooling gear for everyday family fun. Water products are not life-saving devices. Kids should always be supervised by a responsible adult around pools, splash pads, sprinklers, bathtubs, lakes, rivers, and any other water.
Pricing, Availability & Product Details
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We try hard to keep product photos, descriptions, sizes, and availability accurate, but small differences can happen with inflatable and outdoor items. We may correct pricing or product information at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you about a replacement, refund, or cancellation.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to process your payment. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if payment cannot be verified, the shipping address is incomplete, an item is unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent or unsafe. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Our promise is simple: ships from the US in 1 business day, with free shipping over $75. Delivery timing may vary based on carrier volume, weather, holidays, and address issues. Tracking will be emailed when your order is on the way.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns policy. You have 30 days from delivery. If a float loses air, fades, or pops on its own within 30 days, that is on us: we refund or replace it and cover return shipping.
Warranty Disclaimer
Except where our Mina Guarantee applies, products and the website are provided as-is and as available. We do not promise that every item will be perfect for every pool, yard, climate, storage setup, or use. Please read product instructions, follow safety guidance, and use good judgment around water and heat.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mina Enjoys Heat is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the site or products. Our total responsibility for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Mina Enjoys Heat name, site copy, photos, graphics, designs, and other content belong to Mina Enjoys Heat or our content providers. You may not copy, reuse, sell, or publish site content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing a product link.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Arizona, unless the law requires otherwise.
